Hi, I’m Kim

I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who has helped hundreds of women in peri- and post-menopause, who are frustrated with hormonal weight gain, and just want to feel good in their bodies again. I know this space inside and out.

But I also know it personally. I'm 55. I live the hormonal shifts, the slower metabolism, the days when energy is low and the last thing I want to do is stand in the kitchen. I get it. Not from a textbook. From my own life.

Here's what I also know: I genuinely love meal prep. I love finding delicious recipes and figuring out how to make them higher in protein and macro-balanced without making them taste like "diet food." Over the years I've tested, tweaked and perfected my own system until it felt almost effortless. That's what became the S.I.M.P.L.E. Method.

I created this course because I wanted an affordable, step by step mini-program to summarize my easy meal prep method to help my clients become consistent and successful with healthy eating.
