Hi, I'm Kim Duffy

I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with nearly 30 years of experience, and I've spent a big part of that working with women in perimenopause and post-menopause who are frustrated with their bodies and just want to feel good again. I know this work inside and out. Not just from my career, but from my own life. I'm 55. And even I struggle when I don't have a plan. My good weeks and my hard weeks have one difference: whether I set myself up for success.

I built the Easy Prep Blueprint because my clients kept asking me to put my system in one place. I've spent years testing and refining it, making real recipes higher in protein and actually worth eating, until the whole process felt almost effortless. That's the SIMPLE Method. You don't have to love cooking. You just need a system that works. This is mine, and I'm giving it to you.
