Hi, I’m Kim

I get it—feeling like your body isn’t what it used to be can be frustrating. I’m Kim Duffy, a 50+ year-old registered dietitian and personal trainer, and I’ve spent most of my life struggling with body image, always wishing I weighed less. Sound familiar? 

It wasn’t until my 40s that I discovered strength training, and let me tell you—it changed everything. Now, at 54, I’ve never been stronger, more energetic, or more confident. I’m not a small girl, but I am strong, and I’ve learned to focus on what my body can do instead of how much it weighs. 

That’s why I created the Fit After 50 Plus program—to help women like you break free from the frustration of yo-yo dieting and unsustainable programs.
