One-Time, One-On-One Nutritional Assessment 

Stop guessing about the best nutrition plan to reach your wellness goals. Take this first step in regaining control of your health using food as medicine with Kim, a registered dietitian with over 28 years of experience.

This comprehensive nutritional assessment examines how you are currently nourishing your body!

Then looks at your health and wellness goals that you would like to achieve in the future! Together you and I will create an individualized action plan specifically made to help YOU improve your nutrition and eating habits and finally put you on the path to reaching your goals.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!!!

 

1. Sign up and pay for your nutritional evaluation. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with:

  • Link to your “observation week” wellness/tracking log,

  • invite to my electronic health record called Practice Better for intake form and free food journal

  • a personal video walking you through each to make your intake process smooth and pain-free.

  • link to schedule your 60-minute call with Kim towards the end of your 7-day tracking period

 

2. Spend 5-7 days tracking your food intake and lifestyle metrics so I can get to know YOU and start formulating the best starting points to help you reach your personal wellness goals.

3. 60-minute video visit with Kim to discuss your log, food journal, goals and work together to create the perfect plan to reach your wellness goals using food, movement/exercise, supplements (if necessary) and other lifestyle changes

You're looking for dietitian services covered by insurance. I don’t currently accept insurance but you are able to use your HSA cards to pay for the service.

I'm Kim,

Over the past 28 years as a registered dietitian, I have seen fads come and go. Low fat, low carb, Atkins, Keto, intermittent fasting, detoxes, cleanses, etc. It’s hard to know what to eat, what to avoid or who to believe to give you the best advice for your body and your lifestyle.

That is why in your nutritional assessment, we will take a deep dive into your personal history to determine the best approach to take to help you successfully reach your health and wellness goals.

  • What Equipment Do I Need?
    The program uses handled long bands ($33 for 5), fabric booty bands ($13 for 3) and your own bodyweight. No need to buy these specific ones but I added the links so you can see what they look like. :)
  • What if I'm "Out of Shape"?
    This program is meant for all levels of fitness. It starts with basic movements then increases in intensity as the program progresses to slowly build strength and muscle.
  • How long do I have to complete the program
    You will have access to the Trainerize program for 12 weeks to complete the 12-week program, unless you would like to continue training with me.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    You have 7 days to to use this program to its full extent and if you are not 100% satisfied with the Bands & Bodyweight program, I will gladly give you a 100% refund. No refunds will be given after the 7 days.
  • What if my question wasn't answered?
    If you have any questions at all, please reach out to me at info@strengthinnutrition.com or call 651-370-0285 and I would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
  • What if I don't want to get "bulky"?
    This is similar to being worried that just because you drive a car, you might become a race car driver. It takes A LOT of hard work, and heavy lifting, to truly build muscle like the body builders you see on TV. Even if you are consistently doing this program 3 days per week for 12-weeks, you will not become "bulky", I promise.
