Hi, I’m Kim
I am a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and a woman in midlife who truly understands this season of life.
With over 30 years in nutrition and health, I added personal training to my business 4 years ago because I saw too many women over 40 being told to eat less, move more, and accept feeling weaker as they age. I believe the opposite is true. Strength is one of the most powerful tools we have to support confidence, metabolism, bone health, and long-term wellness.
I work with women who are new to strength training, returning after time away, or struggling to stay consistent. Many feel intimidated by weights or worry about injury. That’s why every client starts with an assessment and receives coaching that’s personalized, supportive, and grounded in research, especially for peri- and post-menopausal women.
My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body again. I train with encouragement, education, and a lot of real talk so you leave each session feeling challenged, supported, and proud of what you’re building.
