As a 50+ year old mother of 3, I know how life can get crazy and a mother’s needs can get put on the back burner.

It took until I was in my 40’s to realize I could be a better mother and wife when I took care of myself. Not to mention, I want to be able to run around and play with my grandchildren (if I am lucky enough to get a few :)) and be active in my older years.

As a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I am intimately aware of the importance of strength training for women over 40 to prevent bone, muscle, and metabolism loss. I never want time to be a factor in a woman’s decision to exercise or not.

This is why I created the band & bodyweight program and made each workout one that you can do in 30 minutes over your lunch hour, before or after work, anytime or anyplace.

What Equipment Do I Need?The program uses handled long bands ($33 for 5), fabric booty bands ($13 for 3) and your own bodyweight. No need to buy these specific ones but I added the links so you can see what they look like. :)

What if I'm "Out of Shape"?This program is meant for all levels of fitness. It starts with basic movements then increases in intensity as the program progresses to slowly build strength and muscle.

How long do I have to complete the programYou will have access to the Trainerize program for 12 weeks to complete the 12-week program, unless you choose to continue training with me.

Do you offer refunds?You have 7 days to to use this program to its full extent and if you are not 100% satisfied with the Bands & Bodyweight program, I will gladly give you a 100% refund. No refunds will be given after the 7 days.
