About Your Coach
Hi, I’m Kim, an experienced registered dietitian and certified personal trainer whose focus is helping women build healthier relationships with food, movement, and their bodies.
But more importantly, I’m a woman in her 50’s too.
I know firsthand how frustrating it can feel when the strategies that once “worked” suddenly don’t, and when dieting backfires, energy dips, and consistency feels harder than it should. I’ve worked with hundreds of menopausal women who don’t need more willpower… they need a plan that fits this season of life.
My approach is simple and realistic:

I created Strong Start because I believe menopausal women deserve better than another January reset. You deserve guidance, structure, and support that helps you feel capable and strong; without extremes or overwhelm.
My role as your coach isn’t to push you harder.
It’s to help you show up consistently, learn what works for your body, and build a foundation you can keep building on.
